HARTFORD – Locals 8 Restaurant Group announced today, that as of 8 pm tonight, they will be complying with Governor Ned Lamont’s order of shutting down bars, restaurants, gyms, and movie theaters. This will remain in effect until further notice.

“We don’t want to let down our guests, our staff, and the communities we are part of. But sometimes in order to ‘come together,’ we need to stay apart. Coronavirus is changing our daily lives right now in drastic ways, but we will all get through this together. It’ll just take time. We need to be safe, stay healthy, and listen to the public health officials and government leaders who will guide us through this,” says Allie J. Gamble, founder, and CEO of Locals 8 Restaurant Group.

“Just like you, we are addressing uncharted developments hour by hour. Our goal is to ensure the safety of our staff, our communities, and the general public while we develop a plan to help and support the best we can in these unprecedented times,” adds Gamble.

Locals 8 is currently planning to provide to-go and delivery services. The restaurant group is strategizing to find the best, most responsible ways to provide safe, hot, fresh, and delicious food.

At this time, the following locations will stay open for take-out and delivery only. However, this is subject to change. Hours will be 12 pm – 8 pm, with a limited menu of the core dishes and entrees.
